If you are in need of organizing a class reunion you NEED a professional reunion manager.

Keep-In-Touch Reunions LLC, while working as reunion planners, will remove work, worry and the burden of out-of-pocket expenses from committe members by providing the following services:

• Meet personally with the committee members at least two times during the planning process.
• Research site, menu, and entertainment selections for the committee.
• Prepare an all-inclusive per-person ticket price for the event.
• Sign all contracts for the selected facility and entertainment and make necessary advance deposits on behalf of the committee.
• Handle all the details relative to the event...conduct a complete student search utilizing local and national public computer databases, develop invitations, conduct necessary mailings, prepare KIT memory book, collect all money, maintain accurate records on reservations and finances, pay all outstanding bills and act as a host the day of the event.
• Publicize your reunion event.
• Customize your reunion event to fit your class...centerpieces, banners, photographer.
• Provide the committee with the security of a written agreement.
